CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Sunset Beauty Bar, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all of our guests and to respect the time set aside for each service, I kindly ask that you review the following policy. * Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. * No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * If you are running late, please send a quick text. I will do my best to accommodate you; however, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment. I understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can happen. If something unavoidable comes up, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will always do my best to work with you.
